What information does the Xiaomi Find Device (Mi Cloud) report provide?

• Find Device status – ON or OFF. This indicates whether the Mi Cloud security feature is active.
• Protection information – PROTECTED or UNPROTECTED. This briefly shows whether the device is associated with a Xiaomi account.

What does PROTECTED or UNPROTECTED mean?

If a Xiaomi device is linked to an account, security features (for example Find Device and data protection) may be active. In that case the report will often show PROTECTED. If there is no active association or protection, the report may show UNPROTECTED.
